Director’s note:
This graduation short film is an attempt to shed light on the everyday struggle of a disappearing nomadic lifestyle and the multi-dimensional battles of a character. Filmed during my Bachelor's studies, I still remember the first impression I had when I met Mia. She navigates the circus world with great mastery of its codes and of herself, having grown up in it. At the same time, she resists; she distances herself through her sharp character and her natural ability not to dwell on things.
